The company is a member of ACA International.
The ACA conducts an annual survey that averages agency performance in selected industries that can be used to compare agency performance, although, individual recovery percentages vary by the age and size of the balances. The industry’s average for collection is around 13%. Elite Financial Services, Inc. average overall is 19%.
The continuing education and training of our staff is a high priority in this company.
In addition to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) that regulates collection agencies, we comply with all State regulations pertaining to our industry.

DIANE STAMATELATOS

Chief Executive Officer

Diane has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services with some of the world's largest banks and consulting firms.

Diane graduated from NC State University with a degree in Statistics and spent the early 1990s developing and building the original credit scores which are ubiquitous today. She has worked in banking for the vast majority of my career including time as the SVP of Acquisitions at Citibank and SVP of Information-based Technologies at Bank of America. She was also named the youngest VP at the age of 25 at Banc One.
Diane was the head of Analytics for Ernst & Young for South-East Europe, highlighted in a Fast Company cover article for advertising on the internet, owns 5 internet advertising patents, and built the tracking and targeting system bought and used by Facebook today.

Diane has also presented at the Risk Managers Round Table and the Bankers Association, and has taught information-based technologies for a summer at Harvard University.

Chief Operating Officer

Paul has over 30 years of experience leading collection teams and delivering superior results. He has worked his way up from a collector into senior leadership, leading collection efforts for some of the world’s largest banks and agencies. Paul is an expert at maximizing liquidation rates while treating customers with respect. Paul is a recognized industry expert in collections and maintains of philosophy that balances excellence in success and maintaining dignity for our customers.
